1. Lurevo is a journal tool
Lurevo provides journaling, record-keeping, performance-analysis and behavioural-review features.
It does not execute trades, hold client money, connect users with investments or manage investment portfolios.
Lurevo is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial planner or signal service.
2. No financial advice
Nothing displayed by Lurevo constitutes personal financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation, a trade signal, an offer or an invitation to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument.
Lurevo does not consider your financial situation, income, debts, experience, objectives, tax position or tolerance for risk.
Obtain independent advice from an appropriately authorised professional before making decisions where advice is required.
3. Trading involves substantial risk
Trading and investing can result in the loss of some or all of the money committed.
Products involving leverage, including contracts for difference, spread betting, futures, options, foreign exchange and some cryptocurrency products, can create particularly rapid and substantial losses.
You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Market conditions can change quickly. Stop losses, risk controls and planned exit prices may not always execute at the expected level.
4. Past performance and statistics
Past results do not guarantee or reliably predict future performance.
Win rate, profit, risk-to-reward, discipline scores, streaks, backtests and other journal statistics describe historical or user-entered information only.
A strategy that performed well in one period may lose money in another period.
Simulated, hypothetical and backtested results may differ significantly from live trading because they may not reproduce spreads, slippage, liquidity, execution delay, commissions, emotional pressure or changing market conditions.
5. User-entered information
Lurevo's calculations depend on the information entered by the user.
Missing, inconsistent or inaccurate journal entries may produce inaccurate dashboards, reports and conclusions.
You are responsible for checking your entries and comparing important information with official broker or account records.
6. Automated and AI-generated outputs
Automated analysis and Lurevo AI outputs may contain errors, overlook important context or identify patterns that are coincidental rather than meaningful.
These outputs are designed to support journaling and reflection. They must not be treated as instructions to enter, modify or close a trade.
You remain responsible for reviewing outputs critically and making your own decisions.
7. No guarantee of profitability
Lurevo does not guarantee:
- That you will become profitable.
- That your win rate or discipline will improve.
- That a particular setup, strategy, market or session will continue performing.
- That losses will be prevented or reduced.
- That journal insights will accurately predict future results.
Any examples or illustrative figures shown on the public website are demonstrations of the product interface, not typical or promised user results.
8. Brokers and third parties
Lurevo is not responsible for the availability, pricing, execution, commissions, spreads, slippage, account rules or actions of a broker, exchange, prop firm, data provider or other third party.
References to financial instruments, companies, brokers or trading platforms do not imply endorsement.
Review the terms, risk disclosures and regulatory status of any third-party service before using it.
