Lurevo is operated by Charli Nelson, trading as Lurevo, in the United Kingdom.

Lurevo provides trading-journal, performance-analysis and behavioural review tools.

By creating an account or using Lurevo, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Do not use Lurevo if you do not agree to them.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to create an account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Lurevo is lawful in the country where you live or access the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and login details confidential.
• Activity carried out through your account.
• Contacting support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Ensuring that information you upload does not expose broker credentials, payment details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Lurevo may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect an account or investigate misuse.

Lurevo may allow users to:

• Create and manage trading-journal entries.
• Upload trade screenshots.
• Review statistics, calendars, dashboards and historical results.
• Analyse sessions, markets, emotions, checklist conditions and trading behaviour.
• Receive automated observations, coaching prompts and reports.

Features may change as the service is developed. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary loss of core functionality.

Lurevo is a journaling and analytical tool. It is not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, signal provider or trading execution service.

Lurevo does not recommend that you buy, sell or hold any financial instrument and does not assess whether a trade is suitable for your personal financial circumstances.

Nothing available through Lurevo should be treated as financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should obtain appropriately qualified professional advice where necessary.

Lurevo may use rules, statistics, automated analysis or artificial intelligence to generate observations from journal information.

These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are provided for personal reflection and education only.

You must not rely on an automated output as the sole basis for placing, increasing, reducing or closing a trade.

You retain ownership of journal entries, notes and screenshots you submit to Lurevo.

You give Lurevo a limited permission to host, copy, process and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure and maintain the service.

You confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use and upload it.
• It does not unlawfully infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• It does not contain malicious code, unlawful material or credentials belonging to another person.

You must not:

• Use Lurevo for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security, access another user's data or interfere with the service.
• Upload malware or carry out automated activity that places an unreasonable load on the service.
• Copy, resell, reverse engineer or exploit Lurevo except where permitted by law.
• Misrepresent Lurevo outputs as regulated financial advice or guaranteed trading results.

Lurevo may initially be provided as a free beta service.

Beta features may contain faults, produce incomplete results or be changed while testing continues. Availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

You should keep independent copies of any information that is important to you.

Lurevo is currently offered without a paid subscription.

If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing frequency, included features, renewal terms and cancellation process will be shown clearly before purchase.

Any paid-plan terms will form part of these terms or be presented separately before payment. Your statutory consumer rights will not be affected.

Lurevo's name, branding, website, software, page designs, written material, graphics and original features are owned by or licensed to the operator of Lurevo.

These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of Lurevo or its intellectual property to you.

Lurevo relies on third-party providers for functions such as authentication, storage, hosting and future payment processing.

Lurevo may also contain links to third-party websites. Those services are controlled by their own operators and may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Lurevo may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security work, provider outages or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Features may be added, changed or removed. Where a material change affects existing users, reasonable notice will be provided where practical.

You may stop using Lurevo and request account deletion at any time.

Lurevo may suspend or close an account where there is reasonable evidence of:

• A serious or repeated breach of these terms.
• Fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or a security threat.
• Use that harms other users or the operation of Lurevo.

Where appropriate, the user will be given notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Trading and investing involve risk. Lurevo is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, broker actions or decisions made using journal data or automated outputs.

To the extent permitted by law, Lurevo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss caused by inaccurate user-entered information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumers cannot lawfully waive.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory legal protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.

These terms may be updated when Lurevo, its features or applicable legal requirements change.

Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical. Continued use after updated terms take effect may require acceptance of the new version.
